Great plumber. Knows his stuff and does it right. He has done many small and large projects for me and I have never had to call him back. We'll respected by other tradesmen.
Wonderful service, very pleasant and thorough.
I will NEVER go back here again. I called because I needed a toilet changed. And the woman that answered the phone was ignorant and rude to me. Kept speaking over me, while I was trying to explain that a friend told me to call. Then proceeded to say she doesn't need my business, and hung up on me. Worst customer service, her attitude stinks and leaves something to be desired. She needs customer service training. I've never been treated so badly. Shame on her. She doesn't even realize how rude she was being. I just wanted my toilet changed, but I will go elsewhere.
