I had a tough and unusual job to repair. The employee went over the top to fix my issue. He had never seen my situation before but he enjoyed the challenge instead of backing away from it.

Called for a quote on a simple vent duct. Didn't hear back for 3 days. Eventually they called back and just kind of said no we wont do that for you. Haha I guess it was too small of a job and not worth their efforts. Thats fine I simply wont use you in the future.

Called Bluewater Plumbing to deal with an issue of slow drains from the kitchen and laundry in a 60 year old house. They came out first to assess potential solutions and then returned the next day to solve the problem. They were professional and timely. Would highly recommend Bluewater Plumbing.

They came to fix the problem and within a few days it was back. We called them back and they made us feel like we were bugging them. We were told that they needed to send a manager to fix it and he couldn't figure out the problem. Highly disappointed.Two visits and still have the prpblem. If you need your plumbing fixed call someone else!!!
