I just had reliance install my whole home water softener. The installer was on time, polite and very knowledgeable. After the install, Shawn went above and beyond to ensure our new system was working properly and that we knew everything about the new purchase. Great work Shawn Thomson and Reliance! Although at first we were skeptical because of how long it was taking to get a worker out to the house, but when we were finally able 2, Not only was he very nice and knowledgeable about what he was doing. We had been over a week without hot water with three kids, including a toddler. The representative who came not only worked hard the whole time but also put in 3 hours of his own to ensure that we had hot water for our children, he assured us that he was not leaving until we did. Some of the best service of any company we have ever received, if it were up to me this guy would get a raise for sure.

There was a tech at my door in about 3 hours to fix the hot water heater. He was polite and efficient while in my home and the problem was fixed in a timely manner. The only thing that bothered me was the pressure from billing to purchase a protection plan on my furnace and air conditioner from billing when all I wanted was to make sure it was my name on the account and to update my phone number.
