Grossi Plumbing & Heating

Average to good execution for my small gas line addition for a gas stove. However their quote unfortunately increased about 30% from my house to their office. Other than this no complains.

We use Grossi for all of our plumbing needs they have been instrumental in many major house projects, and have always been quick and efficient in any of our plumbing emergencies. A great group of people!

I was very happy with the work carried out. The parts were ordered swiftly. Pleasantly surprised that the paperwork for the job done in the 2nd bathroom in 2008 was still on their records so we had a match for the bathroom en suite . Solid chrome metal bars well fitted into the wall for my husband's safety. My only disappointment was that after completion of work , there was no clean up. The area was left with 3 piles of little chips and bits and pieces of the residue from the holes required for affixing the metal bars; is this customary in Ontario? I am from South Africa, worked at the Polytechnic, an institute for apprentices in all trades. Certainly the apprentices were trained to always keep the worksite safe and clean and to clean up after the job was completed. Not here? Can someone clarify for me? My two cats wallowed in the dust and chips!. I am an old woman : this was a difficult cleanup for me but if this is the modus operandi in this part of the worId i shall accept it gracefully.

We have been dealing with Grossi Plumbing & Heating for 25 +/- years, they are efficient, their work is exceptional and have experienced & knowledgeable technicians ... if it can be fixed they will fix it they don't up sell you on things not needed!!!
