Finan Home Service

We ended up buying their home protection plan. Just had a small issue with our plumbing, that turned out to be nothing really but the technicians were wonderful. Friendly, supportive and we didn’t have to pay the dispatch fee as it is covered with the plan! I feel comforted and secure knowing we have reliable, friendly and knowledgeable help for our heating, electrical or plumbing needs!!!

I’m quite impressed with Finan! Friendly phone team, good communication with scheduling and updates. Got a call and a text before Shane and Eli arrived. Super courteous, and very thorough. This is how you run a service company!

Shane is a personable, caring, attentive, young man with endless patience & persistence. He was most obliging, considerate, and always exceedingly polite. Mike arrived on time and diagnosed and completed the job very efficiently. He let us know what had happened and what he was doing to correct it. This was at my mom's house and she felt very comfortable how about his abilities and the repair. He left us feeling good about the work he had done and gave us a recommendation for things that should be considered in the future to prevent a similar occurrence. It was clear that Mike brought a lot of experience. Would certainly use Finan again. Thanks Mike!
