I had an excellent experience. Mike C. was friendly and knowledgable, and I really appreciated his straightforward approach. He laid out my options, but I felt no pressure to make any particular choices. I also liked the fact that the costs were set out up front, rather than me being surprised with the cost of the services after the fact. I know where I will be taking all my future plumbing needs!”
