Great place to do business with: 1) They answer their phone. No voice mail / leave a message nonsense. A real live person answers their phone. 2) When I explained the issue I was having she basically took “ownership” of the problem and assured me they could deal with it quickly. 3) She set up a service call and said Curtis would arrive Wednesday afternoon. 4) Curtis arrived as promised around 3pm on Wednesday. He quickly analyzed the problem and explained what needed to be done. 5) He then replaced the leaking valve and was on his way in less than an hour. Very impressive. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Tyson installed our filtration system, UV and particulate, and hooked up our new kitchen sink. Superior work, on time, friendly and reasonably priced.

Tyson would not come back and complete the job he started. I called him every week for 4 month and every week there was a knew excuse..... I’ve never met anyone that has that much bad luck. There comes point when it’s obvious he’s just blowing me off. He held up my whole job progress. He’s useless as far as I’m concerned. Do not start anything with him. He may never come back.

Arrived quickly on a long weekend. Was courtious and professional . Found the problem and had it fixed quickly . I would highly recommend.

From my first conversation on the phone I knew that I was dealing with someone who genuinely cared about my situation. The first plumber I called said there was nothing they could do and handed me a $100 bill for the service call. I was disabled while recovering from surgery and had no water and after hearing this bad news was not expecting positive results. Schnurr plumbing came right away in the -20C frigid temperature on Dec. 29th and had water for me within 20 minutes. I can't say enough positive things about them and am extremely grateful for their unselfish caring attitude and skills! THANK YOU TYSON SCHNURR PLUMBING!!!
