Asks for help carrying mechanical equipment into and out of your house. Also asks you to pick up supplies from store because he didn't want to have to get them himself. Was unable to (or didn't want to) complete the required work and still charged over $100 because "he came for a service call". Had the entire job fully completed by someone else for less than Tom's service fee. Also he speeds everywhere in that van of his - 70-80km/h in a 50 every day down our road and I am sure all over the place.

He seems to be always busy. I see him driving all over the place.
