Great experience. From the quoting process to the final installation. A new furnace, hot water heater and water softener installed. Each step of the way the guys showed up when they were supposed to, did exactly what they said they would and some. Then they left the site spotless. I would recommend them anytime.

Great Customer Service, Professional Work My request for a quote from Cross was booked promptly. The quote itself was impressively thorough and provided many options which were clearly explained and laid out. My advice to all: this is important, I know from experience! Booking was a snap. My changeover included some ducting changes etc. which were done right and look great. The technicians were friendly, knowledgeable and the entire installation looks very professional. Quite simply, Cross provided the contract experience I wish I could always have!

I have purchased two gas fireplaces and an AC unit from Cross. Both Brad and Jeff have been absolutely fantastic to deal with. They have taken the time to explain our options in detail and make honest recommendations. Very happy with the product, customer service, and installation. I would highly recommend them!

I would never deal with this company ever again, they came out looked at my furnace told me I had 3 options with 3 different prices, I picked an option, after a week I phone them to see when they're coming to fix it? our technician has gone to school we don't have his notes is what they tell me, it's not my problem my furnace is still not working .. three weeks later after phoning them a couple more times-they finally came and fixed it and i paid the invoice, 2 months later I'm told I still owe $111 from another invoice from when they originally came . this was the first I have ever heard of this original invoice . this company are crooks and just out to get your money . very poor customer service .

Cross Heating is our go-to for anything HVAC, heating, ductless systems etc. We tell everyone we know to use them! Brad Cross is extremely personable and always makes sure we're happy with the work that's been done. We've utilized their services for ductwork installation, furnace repair, and ductless air conditioning installation. They are always extremely professional and reliable, complete the job on time, and clean up too. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
