After a not so great experience with a different company we called Emke to see if they could help fix our AC unit. Emke staff is wonderful. The receptionist is pleasant and accommodating. The service guy Kyle was amazing. He came gave us our options and walked us through what needed to be done step by step. He gave prices of what things would cost before doing them and reasons why they needed to be done. At the end he again walked us through the invoice and explained everything. The end result was we got our AC unit repaired instead of having to get a new one. Which was not an option from the other place. It was a fraction of the cost but most importantly it was done by someone who really seems to care about the client and the service he is providing. Can’t put a price on that. Thanks so much for your services Emke!

The first person I spoke with on the phone I could barely understand, was feeling very hesitant about this. But then got put through to someone else (perhaps the first was an answering service??), I think her name was Kim, and she was very helpful. They sent someone out super fast and got our problem solved. We were in a rush, and they accomodated it! The job was an easy one so can't comment on expertise, but it was done in a timely, professional manner.

Needed some help with our furnace/heat pump. Jonah and Kyle looked over our entire system and offered us options on how to get the most out of our system. Explained everything to us and made sure we understood. Won't hesitate to call them again if necessary Thanks for you help

Had them out to my home to get a quote. 4 weeks have passed and still nothing despite calling and being told they will have something to me by the end of the week. At this point I would not trust this company to do any work in my home

We found them through a friend... They are very professional and fast. Setting up an appintment was easy and they showed up to the job a week later, two water tanks were installed and it looks good and very professional. The reception was also very polite with good customer service manners. They are a little more expensive but I honestly loved the service, I will not hesitate to recommend them to any one. Thank you
