Had an issue with being over charged on a bill have waited weeks to hear back about an adjustment. Still waiting for a return phone call. Ridiculous customer service. Do not recommend.

This company did all of the plumbing and HVAV work in my brand new home. There have been several things that have leaked causing damage and when I contacted them to inform them of the issues they take my phone # say they will get back to me, they NEVER get back to me. I would think that a company that does that much work for a customer should be diligent with warranty issues. When the a/c didn't work properly in the spring (the first time I turned it on) they took 2 weeks to come and make repairs. This is an unacceptable time frame. The last problem has been 7 weeks and still no phone call. Terrible customer service and many lies.
I called for service over three weeks ago and haven't heard back since. They installed the furnace system but follow up service is atrocious.
Their staff if friendly and professional. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with our combi hot water tank and get it fixed.
