I highly do not recommend using this company. It once was a respectable place to deal with, when the original owner was alive. Since then they have gone downhill. Sadly it is the typical father hands business to entitled children that do not care. I would give lower than a one star but they just don't allow you
Very frustrating business to work with. Can’t believe the business has been around for as long as it has, it’s a very poorly managed company, management only cares about the bottom line and could care less if they lose a good customer.
My furnace broke down and they have worked really hard, even picking up the part themselves to get it going. Very impressed with their work ethic to help the customer. Will gladly use them again, of course I hope I never have to...lol

Have had a few great experiences with McLellan. I live in an older house so have had a few issues with heating and AC, gas fireplace and these guys have been super responsive. Highly recommended. Woudn't have bothered to leave a review but saw the other reviews and thought it was unfair to the business because of the great job they do.
