Weitzel Pumps & Water Treatment

Replaced the well pump at our rental place.. Showed up on time.. Turned out needed a pressure tank as well..he was so worried the pump he had just installed may burn out without the pressure tank, he made sure he got back that afternoon after his next job and did the pressure tank as well to get us water. Excellent service!!

We had such a positive experience with this company. When our pipes froze from our well last week we called and they sent two men out to our place straight away. When the gentlemen arrived they got right to work, were efficient, and clearly knew what they were doing, as a bonus they were also exceptionally nice people. Then we received the bill and it was so reasonable. Very pleased. We will definitely be calling them in the future.

Foreman tested my pump and told me it had failed along with the feed wire. Proceeded to install a pump off his truck which cost almost $1400. Similar product at Lowes is $560. I was in a pinch so allowed him to install the his pump. Turns out there is nothing wrong with the old pump. Its older, but worked fine up until the wire failed. When I called Weitzel to ask about this he denied that he told me the pump was bad. So the bill is $2750 and all I had was a broken wire. I find this to be dishonest and can not recommend anyone trust them with their water well problems. I would also add that they billed my credit card with out invoicing me. It was like pulling teeth to get an invoice.
