Mike Bears and one other service technician changed a kitchen faucet for me today. The work was done quickly including some clean up around to old faucet before placing the new one. Both technicians were very friendly and focused on the work. All was done in less than 1/2 hour. I could not be more satisfied. Great job guys!

I had been experiencing a steady decline in my water pressure. I had been told that there was nothng that could be done. I have used Lodder Brothers in the past and was very pleased with their work and more importantly their attitude. I decided to call Lodder Brothers for my water pressure issue. Once again, I am very pleased with the sevice they provided. When I called the office I was advised the earliest appoint would be 1:00pm. Within minuets I received a call back advisng one of the techinicians became available and they would be at my house within the hour. Service Technician Mike Bears arrived and I explained my issue with the water pressure and the things I have tried thus far. Mike was very systematic in his pproach and within 10 minuets diagnosed the problem to be my shut off valve. Within 10 minuets he had the City Water Works shut off the water and he removd the shutoff valve. Once the valve was removed he showed me the blockage. He installed the new valve, problem solved. Mike resoleved the issue very quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased and impressed with the service and expertice in which my water pressure issue was dealt with.

Mike and apprentice Nick were great. Friendly, speedy and identified the issue, which was a bit tricky. Fair pricing. Also, they cleaned up after themselves!

Mike Bears and Sandford replaced my water tank and they did an excellent job, they were very professional and kind. I couldn't of asked for better help!
