Good selection of fixtures not seen in big box stores, friendly service

Worst service I have ever received. I purchased a bathtub, then a glass bath shield. I was sent the wrong sided bath shield. When I called H2O, they informed me that I had to deal with Mirolin directly. I had a terrible experience with Mirolin as well. They seemed only to want to connect by e-mail, wanted pictures sent to prove it was the wrong side, suggested that the glass was cracked from the pictures (it was not!) and gave me a really hard time. After they finally approved the return, I contacted H2O about my refund. Each claimed it was the other's fault for sending me the wrong door. After a week of trying to sort this out, I then had to wait another 3 days to receive "approval from H20" for a refund. I had to chase them down for an answer and after significant time, inconvience and $150 fee that I had to pay for my installer to come (then couldn't install as it was the wrong door side), H2O refused to even offer the courtesy of picking up the door. NOBODY APOLOGIZED for any of it. It was not my fault but I paid the price in every way. The reason why people may deal with small companies it that you hope they know their business well and have outstanding customer service. They had neither. Will never do business with them again and caution anyone else as well.

Sent many of my clients here and have bought here myself. Great service, and great selection.
