Service & Warranty Call: We called Michael for a repair of a fancy European faucet in the bathtub that had never really worked properly and was well broken by this point. He sourced a comparable part, made the repair the same day - was friendly, informative and fast. It was more than we had expected to pay but Michael was clear and transparent about the costs up front. A few months later, the faucet was running a little and the handle was not holding properly - within hours of our call, Michael and Sasha were back, fixed it and tested it and were off - no charge. Yes, I’d recommend Waterworks. Friendly, efficient and trustworthy.

We had a toilet that rocked and sometimes had a weird smell. I thought it would be an expensive repair, but it just needed a new seal.
