I called Park Lane with what I thought was an unreasonable request: to get someone in to replace my leaky kitchen faucet with same-day service, in order to show my condo to prospective renters. To my surprise and delight, Mike was able to get a crew there within a couple of hours. After just an hour of service, the job was complete and the new faucet looked beautiful.
