Unfortunate problems with my air conditioner upon buying my new house. Belyea brothers were punctual, professional, and kind in helping me deal with this issue. Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable regarding the repairs vs replacement, as well as efficient and professional. I feel confident in this company in helping me resolve the issue. It was time for annual maintenance on our two ductless air conditioning units. On the original appointment, Anthony and Daniel arrived right on time to help. I was so impressed because it was a very cool day and Anthony made sure that I understood testing the machines in those conditions would not be so accurate. He and Daniel kindly waited until I could be sure of another appointment date. Second visit came along and all went great. After servicing our 19 year old machines, Anthony advised that they may be okay for one more summer and work most efficiently if the weather was hot. I also asked them to check a couple of other things related to the new furnace and water tank Belyea installed last Fall. Without hesitation, they took on these extra requests and hung in there with me until I was comfortable with the new thermostat and level of heat coming from my hot water tank. As it turns out, the lack of hot water in my shower was due to a safety feature I wasn't even aware of. They showed me how it works and all was good. They were very professional, knowledgeable, patient and had a sense of humour too. Thanks guys! Look forward to seeing you this Fall for the annual furnace maintenance.

We had an issue with Belyea several months ago regarding scheduling our maintenance appointment. I have to say, they really came through in resolving the issue and making sure we are happy with them. Shawn and Mike showed up at the appointed time and got right down to work. They were polite and considerate and tidied up before they left. They installed both an air conditioner and a furnace and were very professional. They seemed to take pride in doing a good job. I was very pleased with their work.
