They are very responsible and punctual. I called them to fix my burst bathroom pipe. They came like within two hours and fixed the pipe. It was actually an emergency , but didn't charge anything extra from me. Thank you Kainos Plumbing for your best service.

We had an emergency, so called Mahdi and briefed the issue. Their team appeared in 3 hours and fixed toilet tub issue on the same day. And they did not charge anything for rush hour services, I found them very reasonable. I appreciate their work and highly recommend them.

Snaked a drain for me. Texted me to say that the tenant wasn't answering / shortly after that he said he got through to the tenant and was heading to the house shortly. An hour and a half later I got a $350 bill $330 labour and $20 for a part (he replaced a drain kit without asking me). From text to invoice was an hour and a half. $350 seems extremely high for what could only have been an hour and a half at most. He reduced it to $300 on complaint / discussion. I called on the Friday (Good Friday)... . The holiday morning and he said the earliest he could make it out was Saturday morning. He did contact the tenant before 11 am Saturday came out and got the job done. I have no complaints about the work. Just the bill.
