DM Plumbing and Drain Service

Fast, friendly and very professional. Called them during the early hours of the morning due to a backup in my basement. They arrived on the time promised, given me a diagnosed of the problem and provided me with options to get the work done. They took the time to explain to me in details the pros and cons of each options, which makes my decision making easy. All work done within the hour and they keep my place as clean as possible!

The master plumber was very knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with. He patiently answers all my questions and provide options for the plumbing in my washroom. They did a perfect job and clean up the place before leaving. I would have no problem referring them.

We had a renovation done recently to our basement and we were recommended by our friend to call DM Plumbing. We had to install a backwater valve, sump pump, other plumbing needs and replacing the incoming water pipes. They did a great job, patiently explaining the process of work to us, recommending areas which we do not foresee problems and have it fixed at no cost to us. The team were friendly, very neat and clean and even took great care not to damage any other part of our house! We will certainly be using them again, job well done.

I called the guy number end 1111. I was trying to explain him what was going on, he cut my words and told me he will give me a call back in 15 mins. But he never. What a lovely customer service.
