Absolute disaster. I had someone come to my door as my neighbour and his neighbour below where experiencing a leak resulting from my neighbours shower. Apple person. Comes to check my toilet and immediately spots the problem. Twist something with a wrench and all is fixed? He was called back within minutes as he loosened something. His words on he way out where "I guess I can't bill for this yet they did.
