We had a leak in our kitchen drain and Terry came to our aide. What a gentleman and this guy knows his stuff! He was determined to figure out why the pipe was still leaking, even after spending quite a while changing the pipe and climbing into such a small space. He never lost patience, realized that the whole drain plumbing parts were rotted out and replaced the whole system. Hours later, the trap, pipes and drain cover look amazing, shiny and clean! Terry, thank you for your persistence in doing such thorough job. It was a pleasure to have such an experienced man do such amazing work, dependable and guaranteed not to need replacing for another 50 years. Tenants, Stan and Paddy, unit 105 are quite happy and wish well in the future.
