The Drain Rescue Plumbers Technician was very friendly, sociable and informative. He did a great job with our shower faucet. He responded within a few hours of our call. I would have rated them a 5 but I found the price a bit high. However, it was a same-day call which usually costs more (we have not found many plumbers who respond so quickly) and from the old saying "you get what you pay for" which in this case, we did.
