I called Preferred Plumbing late evening for an urgent issue in my utility room. They were able to schedule an appointment window for the next morning. I was pleasantly surprised when the two gentleman, Ron and Daniel, arrived promptly at the start of the appointment window. They were able to diagnose the problem and explain how it could be resolved in an easy to understand manner. They also found a second major issue in my kitchen (which I thought was originally just a loose gasket) and they fixed this problem as well. I found them to be professional, courteous, and knowledgeable and I would definitely use their services again.

Very professional, very proficient, patient. He took the time to understand the issue before doing anything. He used process of elimination to pinpoint the issue, explained the issue and tested his repairs several times before leaving. Price was fair too.

I called to get service for my hose that was leaking. They were available to come right away. They gave me different options to fix the issue. It was done on the spot, neatly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this company to everyone.
