We've been using Direct Plumbing & Reno for years and they are a button-up shop and they do excellent work, are reliable and courteous. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Horrible, horrible experience. One crew leader “Sergio” was straight up rude. The way he talked to me was intolerable, and the way he talked to his crew (other plumbers) was as if he was talking down to them. They did not fix any of my problems, and Sergio talked to me as if I was stupid ... horrible experience and will never hire them again.
