Alex, our plumber was very friendly upon arrival and extremely professional. What impressed me was his ability to assess our plumbing problem with our faucet; he knew exactly the part he needed within seconds and explained what needed to be done. He kept us updated on the part's arrival and timing of when he could come back to do his repair. I really appreciated his responsiveness. We will use this company again.
