Apologies; this review is a little late. A few weeks ago, we woke up to our bathroom faucet exploding with water and leaking. We called PlumbWize and within 2 hours, Jesse arrived. He was very professional, polite, and clearly explained what happened and what was required to fix it going forward. Jesse then offered to go out to buy us a new faucet, or gave us the option of purchasing the faucet ourselves and him returning to install it. We chose the latter, and Jesse offered to be back at our condo at 8 A.M. the next day. He promptly arrived that morning and installed the new faucet within an hour, and once again, clearly explained what he did. Very happy with Jesse's service. Nice guy and did a great job. Awesome service! Jorge was amazing!! As was his partner (missed his name)!! Both were professional, courteous, clean, and thorough! I was kind of panicking when they arrived but they fixed two problems at once and totally turned my day around. Best of all, it was affordable! I will definitely use Plumbwize again! THANK YOU!

Courteous, professional and prompt service. Called the head office in the morning and someone got in touch within the hour. Plumber was on site before 11am and identified the problem with ease. Issue was resolved quickly and effectively. Plumber gave recommendations on how to ensure issue does not recur which was much appreciated.

The shower in our home had very low water pressure. We called PlumbWize and Jose arrived the same day. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He replaced the tap and spout with a reputable brand set, working quickly and quietly, cleaned everything up, and we have a working shower. He explained the repairs and then answered a question I had about the toilet. The price seemed reasonable too. I would highly recommend this company.
