VERY VERY VERY disappointed !! Wish I could give them ZERO star. Highly unprofessional and never showed up for the scheduled appointment. We own a Beauty Salon and wanted to install the hair wash sink to the existing connection. Seemed a pretty simple and small job. Responded to their ad on Kijiji. Plumber Jamie came over to visit the site and gave us the quote. Said he can only do next week. We were happy to wait coz he seemed genuine and gave us a good price. On the committed day of the appointment Jamie says he can’t come coz he is stuck with his existing job, however can make it the next day at 8am. We said fine as we understand some things a bit longer than you think. Next day I am at the location right at 8am waiting for Mr Jamie, who never showed up the whole day. Called him several times and left voicemail however no single call back. Finally, got a message from him saying he cannot do it. All thanks to Mr. Jamie we were a week behind from the opening of our new Spa. Never going to back to them.
Was friendly and professional, I would recommend Total Plumbing to anyone.
