Would NOT recommend this company. Owner is awfully rude. Just had a horrible experience with them. I had a set appointment made with them yesterday to replace a leaking toilet. My poor dog had to be crated all day since I couldn’t take a day off. I even called them yesterday in the morning to confirm. Came home yesterday after rushing and leaving work early and found out that they never came to replace my toilet. The worst part is that they never called me to warn me or cancel the appointment. I had to call them and they did not even apologize, their excuse is they had emergencies which I understand but you have to call me to let me know, not the other way around.. And then when I spoke to the owner this morning to reschedule, I asked if they would give a small discount to make up for the inconvenience, I was basically laughed at and told a hard no. The owner then proceeded to tell me that it’s not really an inconvenience that my dog was left crated all day and that I can easily live without a toilet for a couple more days. He was extremely rude and made me feel like my situation was not important and not an inconvenience at all.. and then he said: “Good luck finding another plumber, they’re all scammers out there..” 10/10 for UNPROFESSIONALISM
Trademark handles all of the plumbing needs for the condo building so when I need work done in my unit I call them. Fast efficient, done right the first time!
Unethical and rude The plumber helped my landlord to avoid his responsibility of fixing a sewer gas leakage leaving families under the vile bacteria which represents a severe health safety hazard. Be aware. I will never recommend
their only trademark is dishonesty !! look at all the reviews, you'd be a complete idiot using their services.
Rude and unprofessional. The guy didn't even know what a union ball valve was. 10/10 would not recommend. Stay away
