Reliance Home Comfort

Making an appointment was quick and easy (even on a weekend). Our kitchen faucet was not operating properly. On Sunday morning we received a call from plumber Domenic to say he would be at our house by 8 am. Domenic arrived a few minutes later right at 8 am. Domenic was very polite when he arrived and asked exactly what the issue was with the faucet. Domenic then checked all the parts and quickly determined that we required a part to fix our faucet. He also recommended a couple other options to replace the faucet with more recent models at a reasonable price. Domenic then asked if there were any other issues that he could fix. I remembered our outdoor faucet was leaking. Domenic said "no problem" and within minutes he replaced the faucet with a new one and it now works like a dream. I would certainly recommend Reliance Home Comfort for any repairs around the house.. If it is a plumbing issue you would be fortunate to get Domenic .

Our water heater stopped working in the afternoon and I was able to get a service appointment for the following morning. When the tech came, he offered to change the tank and since we rent, there was no fee of course. He changed it quickly and removed the old tank for us. He was very nice and very helpful. We are very grateful for Reliance and rely on them for our furnace and AC too. Always happy with their technicians and their level of customer service.

I had Dominic one of Reliance experts visited my home for first call that was made after signing up for plumbing services and it was an amazing experience. He greeted me with polite and friendly smile checked leakages provided fixed immediately also went above and beyond by offering to check all tabs and see if there was anything else which needed attention. I am very happy with Dominic and Reliance for being super efficient.

Had a great first meeting with Michael Grant to the potential savings and incredibly increased efficiency of both heating and cooling of my home. Everything was laid out and explained in a very transparent manner. With all details and explanation for the process of the upgrades from my current a/c and heating; Michael would pause and ask me if I understood and if I had any questions along the way. Michael took his time and answered every question my wife and I had about what we should expect with the new AND improved system and ALL the costs involved. Michael even showed up during the install process to ensure everything was being done to the standards and expectations we had. The install crew laid down padding on the floor and stairs to ensure there would be no damage to the floors. The crew even took out each removed piece of the old furnace one piece at a time, and brought in each item of the new furnace as well as tools needed to ensure the walls would not be damaged. This is what Michael ensured would happen - safety and the utmost responsibility to ensure no damage to the house during the removal and install process. The install crew advised me of what they will be doing, such that I knew the how and what the install process will take place and look upon completion. The crew cleaned up after each step of the process - which was a very nice touch. Working clean and responsibly is always a great sign of respect for the home owner. Update: Haley @ Reliance quickly responded to my review and quickly helped and closed my account and processed a refund as I requested. Haley was great to work with and full credit for addressing my concern. As I said earlier, I always had great service from technicians at Reliance. Their phone process still leaves a lot to be desired for, but hopefully this can be addressed and improved in the future.
