Had a leak from the Masters sink, got in contact with Greg and Sam from the company showed up the next day promptly and quickly diagnosed the problem. Not only did he fix the leak but replaced it with updated parts to be sure it will last. Fast, reliable service I'll definitely use again.

It was still winter and my water heater stopped working just before guests were to arrive and I needed a professional repair so badly. It did take Greg only 1 hour and 30 minutes to diagnose, get and replace the part to have hot water again. His integrity and excellent work ethic are greatly appreciated.

During last week's cold snap, we experienced some frozen pipes. Greg and members from his team responded very quickly to our problem. They investigated the issue thoroughly and gave us a few different solutions. Once we agreed on a plan, Greg and his team were committed to getting the job done. They always arrived on time and they had great communication. Would definitely call again but hopefully I won't have to :)
