I called Taylor's this morning regarding some noises in what i thought was the water pipes and received same day service. Liane the technician quite possibly saved my families lives today as she identified a dangerous issue with our gas water heater that I knew nothing about. Liane is wonderful! I can't thank her enough. Thank you for the great service!!

We were very pleased with the work completed by Rob. He took the time to explain what was involved. He provided a detailed quote. He was very professional and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work performed.

I've used Taylor's a few times. Usually when I had no other options due to time constraints. First when I moved into my house in Waterdown a few years ago. Replaced all the toilets. Called under short notice. Work was done fine, the young man who removed and installed new toilets was great, but I thought they're install charge were very expensive. I only paid for installation, I had bought the toilets separately. Second job was to replace the kitchen sink during our kitchen reno. Short notice again. Required two visits. First visit, the plumber who removed the sink was extremely rude, condescending and racist. The second visit was from a lovely women who installed our brand new sink. Again, only paid for labour as I bought the new sink and faucet separately. Again, way more expensive than I'd expect to pay. The third job (didn't end up hiring them) I actually had time to obtain a quote first. Remembering how expensive the previous two services were. I also signed up for their VIP plan, so I figured I'd get a good quote being a past customer and VIP subscriber. I needed a quote to fish 3 slow sinks in my house, which they quoted $200 per sink. Thought that was way too high, so I declined and paid the $40 visit fee (really glad I subscribed to this VIP plan). The plumber who gave the quote to me was very nice at least. I'm a complete idiot when it comes to plumbing, but after watching a 10 minute YouTube video I took apart an entire sink and fished it myself in 30 minutes. I imagine an experienced plumber could do it much faster too. I hope the quote they gave was because they have some insanely high fixed pricing per job in their computer system, because I hate to think the nice man was trying to take advantage of how little I know about plumbing. At near $400 per hour estimates, I definitely am considering a career change. Will be using other plumbing companies from now on.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to Taylor's for always being "there" when we need it! We have lived in the area for 5 years now and over that time had our fair share of plumbing issues being in an older home. Taylor's is fast, super reliable and their crew is always professional, polite and knowledgeable. They get the job done! Thanks again Taylor's!!

Taylor Plumbing, you have a great employee in Lianne. She was on time, very professional, came to the cause of the problem quickly and told us what was happening. Unfortunately it was an HVAC issue so she couldn't fix it for us but she did determine the cause of the leak. We will get Taylor to fix the ceiling once the problem is resolved. Lianne was a pleasure to deal with. Susan Clark
