I have called here on 2 separate occasions and left my name, number, and issue I’m having with reception. Both times I was told I would hear back within the day and still yet to hear anything. If their to busy just tell me so like other companies have, rather then have me expecting a call when our heat isn’t working. Won’t be calling them again!
I just need a help to put my modern gas fireplace pilot off cause I have know idea, was my husband duty !!! It’s still too warm... They told me till September !!! ??? We have plus 30 C and even men, who answering me and lives in my city Orillia, said he can’t help me for a 10 min ??? Or he has no idea ??? Terrible !!!! Never ever call to you !!! That’s ORILLIA BUSINESS !!! You have to ask THEM !!!
