I was skeptical about contacting Mr. Rooter because I don't know very much about plumbing, but my experience was a very pleasant surprise. From the time I contacted them on Friday evening to request a quote up to the time their service technician came in to replace my toilet the following day, the whole process was very smooth, transparent, and professional. They were very good about communicating what to expect which conveyed that they were respectful of your time. The service technician, Curtis Joy was kind and knowledgeable. He patiently explained the issue and presented options to address it. He worked quickly and cleaned up thoroughly before leaving. I am very impressed and will be sure to use them again in the future. Curtis Joy of Mr Rooter Mississauga gave us superior service today. We needed a lot of preventative maintenance done. As members, he inspected our plumbing and made recommendations in addition to a "to do" list we had for him. It was ALL executed in one day, stayed true to the estimate, and he thoroughly explained the procedures. He didn't even pause for lunch - worked right through.
