They did a great job renovating a bathroom in my parents condo. Rick kindly repaired an issue with the vinyl floor that had been previously installed by another company.
They uninstalled our sink only to tell us afterwards that we had the wrong part. We were instructed to buy the new parts ourselves and when they came back a week later, we once again were told that we had the wrong part. He didn't even reinstall our old taps and now our sink has been unusable for weeks. Wouldn't recommend these people if you want the job done in time!
Needed an emergency plumbing job and fortunately they were able to arrive and restore water within an hour and a half. They were friendly, professional explained what they were doing and a great price. Would definitely use this company again
New shut off installed Came out and assessed the issue. Repaired it. New shut off to back yard tap. Tight space to work but got it done. I myself do not solder , for emergency I always have Shark bite connections around (which anyone knows are not cheap-$8to$10 dollars@)I did install 2 to control the issue , until I had it professionally addressed. My only issue is the repair person took them. Which I did call the office and still waiting for a reply almost 10 days later. My bill was $250 ish already , so leave my Shark bite fittings please.
Great Service, We have used E Archdekin plumbing twice this year for different problems. Rob attended both times. I have to say that they are quick and they come with tools required to complete the job efficiently.
