I called Canadian Home Plumbing for a broken drain snake inside a 1.5 inch steel pipe in laundry room. Patrick used his snake trying to hook the broken cable and pull it out. He tried several times and pulled out some dirty roots. After every try, he used vise to readjust the tip of his snake in order to hook the broken cable. Finally, he did it! He pulled the cable out! I was so excited and happy I went to hug him. Patrick is friendly, courteous and professional. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He also told me how to take care of this drain afterward. I live in a condo. I was given a quote for a shower valve install. Patrick showed up 3 minutes early. Found a way to do this job without cutting a 20 inch hole in the wall. Finished early honoured the quoted price, then cleaned up the mess and left. I wish other contractors conducted their business the same way.
