The girl on the phone was friendly and told us they would be able to put into a new board to fix the mold caused by the leaking sink. However, when the plumber arrived, he said it was the kitchen faucet leak and nothing he could do, except to replace it with the faucet he had, which he estimated about over $200. We got the faucet new from Canadian Tire in December, so we decided if it was the faucet's problem, we should go back to check with Canadian Tire first. The whole check up wouldn't have been as bad if the plumber had been a little nicer. The moment he determined what the cause of the leaking was, he pretty much out right said there was nothing he could do. When we asked about what we should do with the mold under the sink, he said it had nothing to do with him and didn't have any recommendation for us at all. He almost blamed us for waiting so long to get the leaking checked. We paid $160 for being judged.

5 minutes to check whether three toilets have sufficient flushing power, and toilet upstairs the float was not working properly, so the water would run in overflow valve which was not diagnosed. Plumber adjusted float lever and didn't fix the problem. Had to call again to find out needed to change internal parts. Paid him for a hours work for plus service fee which came out to $150.00 for service not rendered rip off of the year!
