Mike truly helped get me out of a jam with a solution which will minimize future problems! He capped a shut-off valve that the builder (years ago) had wedged between two joists and placed a new shut-off valve and drain near my basement laundry tub for simply winter prep. Two other plumbers had focused on simply trying to replace the faulty valve in its current location where access is brutal. Thank you Mike.
