Plumbing Guy

Great service: quick, reliable, efficient and honest. My sewage sump pump broke and they were able to repair it the same day. I live in an old farm house with plenty of challenges and I have been relying on the plumbing guy for 5 years. Thank you Trent and thanks to your team!

I called last weekend to book an appointment, and the woman I spoke to said they would call me back to make an appointment- I don't know much about this company but Im guessing its a chain and I spoke to someone on the main line and she was going to have someone in my area ( Tottenham) call me.By Tuesday I never heard back so I called again and she said she would have someone call... its now Thursday and I still have not even recieved a call to make an appointment. This is terrible customer service and I can't believe they are still in business when they can't even get back to customers within 48 hours.

We had issue with our Kitchen faucet and we made a call to plumbing guy Trent was quick to respond and fix our faucet. Very pleasant and experienced. He gave us suggestions as we had some rusting issue under our kitchen sink and did not push us to do an extra work on the kitchen sink and faucet. We will have him back to do our kitchen sink at some point.

Disgusting service... Every time a member of my household spoke to someone politely on the phone they got rude and short. Waited almost 24 hours for a call from for an emergency appointment that I never got. Cancelled the appointment in the end when I was told I'd just have to wait when I called to ask what was going on
