Cole came out to do maintenance on my water heater. Alfredo was terrific! He educated me on some details regarding my unit and did a thorough job. Very helpful, efficient, knowledgeable. Jennifer in the office was wonderful. Couldn’t ask for a better company than Cole. Highly recommend them!

Alfredo and Cesar were very polite and professional. Had a backed up bathroom sink that they took care of as much as they could. sink works fine but Alfredo explained that there is still a lot of sludge that they couldn't get at unless they came in from the roof. will have them come back out next week sometime to finish job. Would highly recommend these guys

Just had a very professional service call from Cole Plumbing. The technician was named Alfredo, very helpful and knowledgeable. He also wore coverings over his shoes when entering the home and provided excellent service. Definitely use again.

Erick was great! Prompt and professional to say the least. He took care of my issue quickly and educated me on a few water heater questions that I had for him.
