I got quick service at Davidson Plumbing & Heating when my furnace wasn't working a couple of years ago. However, this year I called In April to get a check up & never got a call back though I spoke to an actual person. About 7 weeks ago, I called again as I still wanted the check before I turned the furnace on for the winter. The lady who answered understood this was not an emergency. However, 6 weeks to wait for a returned call seemed excessive. On top of that, the appointment was scheduled for today "first thing" as I started work late morning . As it happened I am sick & didn't leave the house. Unfortunately, Davidson Plumbing & Heating never showed up at all. Not impressive
