Outstanding service and help from this establishment1 On our bicycle trip to Bon Echo Proovincial Park my bike's pannier hook up broke and I stopped at Hook's Castle. Not only was the old screw drilled out but the gentleman tapped and locktite a new screw to my pannier so i could safely continue on our trip. Without their help I would not have been able to continue as there was no bike store even close to us. We will be back next year again and drop in for supplies - hopefully no emergency nor rain! Thank you for this great experience in service excellence !
