Install was wonderful very neat and tidy also always very punctual as we had .furnace install hot water heater plus n A C unit installed. However getting an answer in the office is another story! No one ever returns your phone calls. It is very annoying. If you owe them.money Rick will get a hold of you no problem.. I have called.many times n no return phone.calls. almost.want.to.drive over n discuss with them their lack.of.communication. ready to find.someone else more.reliable n dependable. I am tired of it. Marvin.is a great guy......

I can honestly say they did a great job on install. Neat, tidy and looked professional. They were slow, took them 3 days to put in a furnace but i was in no hurry, and Marv did a great install. However, the government rebate of $250 took a year to get because Rick the owner couldnt figure out how to do it so i had to make alot of calls and fax my info to the rebate people myself. Very unfortunate because i was really happy with install. Also, when i got the bill it says at the bottom you have 30 days to pay but Rick called me 5 times in 7 days wondering where money was. Oh well...great job but just wanted to say this may haunt you too????
