Two stars instead of one because the two young guys who did show up did fix our issue. Our septic pump broke, we had bought a new one, but needed someone to replace it. The first time I called, he said he would come at 8:30am the next day. 10am came, I called and he said he had double-booked himself and forgot about me. He came the next afternoon instead. He was here less than 45 minutes, it's a 20 minutes drive each way, and he charged us for 2.5 hours!! And he wasn't prepared to replace it that day either because of the depth of the pump in our system. Two younger guys came the NEXT day, who finally finished the job. Nobody left me an invoice, I had to chase after them for that. And he never addressed our concern about his billing even though both my husband and I asked about it. He just decided to ignore me and mention that they take e-transfer. Not using this guy again. Maybe we got him in a bad week, but our experience shows this guy to be disorganized at best, dishonest at worst.
