These guys were awesome! I spoke to Tim in the office, who was nice and patient in explaining all of my options. He got me set up with an appointment that worked for my schedule. I got an instant text message notification that showed me the exact cost, and another text message when George was on his way. George was super nice and courteous. He and another guy got my water heater and recirculating pump installed within 2 hours. He was able to charge my credit card over the phone and I got a receipt via email instantly. All in all, a seamless job and they were a pleasure to work with! Will be calling them for future needs!

Eddie and his colleague from WHW showed up within an hour of my initial call and explained the issue with my water heater quite well. Since it was almost 13 years old, I opted to have it replaced. The entire process took less than two hours as they had a new tank in their van. Very pleased with their professionalism and the quality of the work that was done.

Great service right from the receptionist to the quoter to the installer. Gave a quote very quickly on the phone and answered all queries, came to house to finalize quote and took out a huge 75 gallon water heater and replaced with a new 50 gallon one. Overall, I think they were spot on all the way through.
