An excellent company. Great customer service. Very reasonable prices. A pipe burst in my home which was not a fun day. They were here within an hour as it was an emergency. James Kelly, one of their plumbers fixed what he could and limited the damage which would have been a lot worse without his help. Had them in twice more since then to assist in small parts of the reconstruction. Highly recommended if you need a plumbing company.

Had bad experience and the owner never even wanted to talk to me about it. I am all for working things out but this guy threatens you with his lawyer asap lol. Luckily my sister is a lawyer so his "legal" staff ghosted us. I agree with the other reviewer here, does not even deserve 1 star.

Good professional service

I recently renovated my rental unit. Upon renovating, I ran into a few issues both in the washroom and kitchen. I used Scooter Rooter (as we have in the past). I was able to speak to a knowledgeable individual who scheduled an appointment for the same day. The plumber replaced the p-trap in the washroom and replaced the kitchen sink as well as the taps. Efficient service. The plumber ensured my home was left clean and both sinks were working much better than before they came. I would recommend Scooter Rooter.
