Pierre, The HVAC mechanic/technician was professional, knowledgeable and very efficient. The Natural Gas hookup for my BBQ was completed before I even got into the backyard! His knowledge of the A/C unit and troubleshooting skills were bang on. I wasn’t home when the new unit was installed but other than the fact that there’s a new one mounted outside the house I would not know that anyone was here. Except for the fact that the house was nice and cool and the compressor hardly runs at all. Kudos to the team at Bertrand Plumbing & Heating.

I called Bertrand Plumbing to replace my kitchen faucet as the handyman I had booked had to cancel due to an emergency. I was listing my home for sale and I needed the job done quickly - the photographer was coming the next day to take photos for the listing. Bertrand Plumbing were able to come the same day I called. They did a great job and charged a reasonable price. Definitely recommend.
