Paul was amazing. From the initial quote, which was informative, no pressure & genuine, to the work performed a week later. We were his last call of the day, but his friendly demeanour never faltered. He was patient, thorough, and explained everything as he was working. He answered all my many questions, gave us tips & advice on our other plumbing related projects, and he generally made a stressful event actually pleasant, in the end. He really went above and beyond.

Cory B. from Mr Rooter came to our home to unblock our sewer drains. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He had the right tools to do the job.He did a great job and we would ask for him by name if we ever require Mr Rooters' services again.

Larry did our yearly inspection this week. As always, he was professional , efficient, and provided very good advise. Bruce did our inspection this year (unfortunatelly, Larry doesn't work there anymore). Bruce was as good as Larry was and I am very satisfied. He is knowledgeable and provided excellent advise (while training a young apprentice).

We recently experienced a very inconvenient clogged drain problem and called Mr. Router. We received a quick response to our call and our technician was friendly and professional. He was very informative in explaining how the plumbing in our house works so we can better understand. He also provided tips on how to avoid these types of issues in the future. The service we received was far beyond our expectations and we were extremely happy with the outcome of his visit. We will definitely call Mr. Rooter if we experience issues in the future. To echo another review on this site, we will highly recommend this company to all our family and friends.

My emergency call was answered in record time. Corey arrived within less than an hour to remove the plastic drinking straw which I had accidentally dropped down my kitchen sink. He was able to remove it from near the ptrap before it could cause much more serious harm. I have had previous jobs done by Mr Rooter and they were always promptly and expertly done.
