So they were hired to do a sewer pipe inspection at my house in order to determine if I needed to change the pipe. They came in with improper equipment which prevented the complete inspection. They charged me more than what had originally been verbally quoted to me ($466 vs $300) even though the job was incomplete. I ended up having to change the whole pipe ($7000) because their inspection was incomplete. They charged me $40 of interest on the invoice although they had never sent it to me. And they can testify to that. And to add insult to injury, they called me "unreasonable" for opposing the practice. I give them "1 star" rating because "0 star" rating is not available. I think any good reviews you see here were either paid for by the company or written by friends and family. If you enjoy getting ripped off, then you should definitely do business with Brooks & Cryderman.

We live in a very old home which we are renovating. Lots of nasty surprises requiring skilled problem-solving and rapid response. Can’t say enough positive things about the plumbers from this company.
