After a conversation about the problem at hand and a check of the sewage system a quick and correct diagnosis was done. The entire time the service provider not only made me feel comfortable, he explained what he was doing and even educated us on why, how and how to avoid this in the future. After completion of the job a relief fell upon us and we just wanted to give him a hug. Thank You to Service Person Tom for a performance above and beyond and To Hageman for the incredible Price. While other Plumbing companies wanted over $275.00 just to scope (Sewage camera) the line our issue was resolved for less then half that.
